About Lake Ontario

Lake Ontario is one of the Laurentian Great Lakes, a 4,697,600-acre body of fresh water bordered by New York. Live water level comes from NOAA Tides & Currents station 9052030. The main public launch is Ontario Beach Park — River Street boat ramp at 4800 Lake Ave, Rochester NY 14612. Active sailing clubs include Rochester Yacht Club and Genesee Yacht Club.
