About Lake Lowell

Lake Lowell is a 9,025-acre reservoir in Idaho, completed in 1908, managed by USFWS Deer Flat NWR. Live pool elevation comes from NOAA's National Water Prediction Service (station LOWI1). The main public launch is Lake Lowell Park (Upper Dam East) at 12996 Iowa Ave, Nampa ID 83686. The Southern Idaho Sailing Association is the active sailing club on the water.
