Lake Lowell is a 9,025-acre reservoir in Idaho, completed in 1908, managed by USFWS Deer Flat NWR. Live pool elevation comes from NOAA's National Water Prediction Service (station LOWI1). Public launches include Lake Lowell Park (Upper Dam East), Upper Dam West Boat Launch, and Lower Dam Recreation Area Boat Launch. The Southern Idaho Sailing Association is the active sailing club on the water.
