About Willard Bay Reservoir

Willard Bay Reservoir is a 9,900-acre reservoir in Utah, completed in 1964, managed by Utah State Parks (USBR-owned, Weber Basin WCD-operated). Live pool elevation comes from USBR's RISE catalog. Public launches include Willard Bay North Marina Boat Ramp and Willard Bay South Marina Boat Ramp. The Utah Windriders Association is the active sailing club on the water.
