About Summersville Lake
Summersville Lake is a 2,700-acre reservoir in West Virginia, completed in 1966, managed by USACE Huntington District. Live pool elevation comes from the USACE LRH District water-control feed. The main public launch is Summersville Lake Marina at 1706 Summersville Airport Rd, Summersville, WV 26651. The Sewell Mountain Sailing Association is the active sailing club on the water.
