About Saylorville Lake
Saylorville Lake is a 5,950-acre reservoir in Iowa, completed in 1977, managed by USACE Rock Island District. Live pool elevation comes from NOAA's National Water Prediction Service (station SAYI4). Public launches include Cherry Glen Boat Ramp (Saylorville Lake), Sandpiper Recreation Area Boat Ramp, and Lake View Recreation Area Boat Ramp (Saylorville). Active sailing clubs include Saylorville Yacht Club and Saylorville Yacht Club Sailing School.
