Lake Lanier is a 38,000-acre reservoir in Georgia, completed in 1956, managed by USACE Mobile District. Public launches include Van Pugh South Day Use Facility — Boat Ramp, Bald Ridge Creek — Boat Ramp, and Vann's Tavern Park — Boat Ramp. Active sailing clubs include Lake Lanier Sailing Club and University Yacht Club.
