Lake Wateree is a 13,025-acre reservoir in South Carolina, completed in 1919, managed by Duke Energy / SC State Parks. Live water-level readings are scraped from Duke Energy on a regular schedule. Public launches include Lake Wateree State Park Boat Ramp, Wateree Creek Access Area, and Beaver Creek Access Area. The Wateree Sailing Club is the active sailing club on the water.
