About Lake of the Ozarks

Lake of the Ozarks is a 54,000-acre reservoir in Missouri, completed in 1931, managed by Missouri State Parks. Live water-level readings are scraped from Ameren Missouri's Osage feed on a regular schedule. Public launches include Lake of the Ozarks State Park — Grand Glaize Beach Ramp, Lake of the Ozarks State Park — Public Beach #1 Ramp, and Coffman Beach Access (MDC). The Ozark Sailing Club is the active sailing club on the water.
