About Lake of the Ozarks
Lake of the Ozarks is a 54,000-acre reservoir in Missouri, completed in 1931, managed by Missouri State Parks. Live water-level readings are scraped from Ameren Missouri's Osage feed on a regular schedule. The main public launch is Lake of the Ozarks State Park — Public Beach #1 Ramp at 336 Lakeview Bend Trail, Kaiser MO 65047. The Ozark Sailing Club is the active sailing club on the water.
