Lake Guntersville is a 67,900-acre reservoir in Alabama, completed in 1939, managed by TVA. Live pool elevation comes from NOAA's National Water Prediction Service (station GVHA1). Public launches include Lake Guntersville State Park Boat Ramp, Goose Pond Colony Boat Ramp, and Guntersville Municipal Park Boat Launch. Active sailing clubs include Browns Creek Sailing Association and Lake Guntersville Sailing Club.
