Lake Barkley is a 57,920-acre reservoir in Kentucky, completed in 1966, managed by USACE Nashville District / KY State Parks. Live pool elevation comes from the USACE Nashville District water-control feed. Public launches include Lake Barkley State Resort Park Boat Ramp, Cravens Bay Boat Ramp (Land Between the Lakes), and Mineral Mound State Park Boat Ramp. Active sailing clubs include Kentucky Lake Sailing Club and Commonwealth Yacht Club.
