About Lake Keowee

Lake Keowee is a 18,500-acre reservoir in South Carolina, completed in 1971, managed by Duke Energy / SCDNR. Live water-level readings are scraped from Duke Energy on a regular schedule. Public launches include South Cove County Park Boat Ramp, High Falls County Park Boat Ramp, and Mile Creek County Park Boat Ramp. Active sailing clubs include Keowee Sailing Club and Clemson University Sailing Club.
