Horsetooth Reservoir is a 1,899-acre reservoir in Colorado, completed in 1949, managed by Larimer County Natural Resources (USBR C-BT Project). Live pool elevation comes from USBR's RISE catalog. The main public launch is Inlet Bay Boat Ramp at Inlet Bay, Horsetooth Reservoir, Fort Collins CO 80526. Active sailing clubs include Fort Collins Sailing Association and Sail and Saddle Club.
