About Folsom Lake

Folsom Lake is a 11,450-acre reservoir in California, completed in 1955, managed by California State Parks. Live pool elevation comes from USBR's RISE catalog. The main public launch is Brown's Ravine Boat Ramp at Brown's Ravine, Folsom Lake SRA, El Dorado Hills CA 95762. The Folsom Lake Yacht Club is the active sailing club on the water.
