About El Dorado Lake

El Dorado Lake is a 8,000-acre reservoir in Kansas, completed in 1981, managed by Kansas Dept. of Wildlife & Parks. Lakebrief does not have a real-time water-level feed for this lake; the dashboard reports wind and weather only. Public launches include El Dorado State Park Boat Ramp, Pelican Point Boat Ramp, and Shady Creek Boat Ramp. The Walnut Valley Sailing Club is the active sailing club on the water.
