Echo Reservoir is a 1,394-acre reservoir in Utah, completed in 1931, managed by Utah State Parks (USBR-owned). Live pool elevation comes from USBR's RISE catalog. The main public launch is Red Rock Marina Boat Ramp at 1100 N Echo Dam Rd, Coalville UT 84017. The Utah Windriders Association is the active sailing club on the water.
