About Cave Run Lake
Cave Run Lake is a 8,270-acre reservoir in Kentucky, completed in 1973, managed by USACE Louisville District. Live water-surface elevation comes from USGS gauge 03249498. The main public launch is Scott Creek Boat Ramp & Marina at 4325 KY Highway 801 South, Morehead, KY 40351. The Cave Run Sailing Association is the active sailing club on the water.
