About Canyon Ferry Lake
Canyon Ferry Lake is a 35,180-acre reservoir in Montana, completed in 1954, managed by USBR Montana Area Office. Live pool elevation comes from USBR's RISE catalog. The main public launch is Hellgate Boat Ramp at Hellgate Campground, Canyon Ferry Road, Helena MT 59602. Active sailing clubs include Canyon Ferry Yacht Club and Go Sail Montana.
