About Lake Allatoona
Lake Allatoona is a 12,010-acre reservoir in Georgia, completed in 1949, managed by USACE Mobile District. Live water-surface elevation comes from USGS gauge 02393500. The main public launch is Red Top Mountain State Park Boat Ramp at 50 Lodge Rd SE, Acworth GA 30102. Active sailing clubs include Atlanta Yacht Club, South Winds Sailing Club, and Allatoona Yacht Club.
